I bought one godrej refrigerator 245 lit capacity from spencers gaurav towers jaipur on 6.1.07 vide bill no 7255. the refrigerator was noisy and suffering from heavy vibrations. it was attended many times during warranty
due to poor or no cooling, complaint was lodeed to godrej smart care on 6.6.08 (comt no 618170). rohit refrigerator, jaipur replaced compressr free of cost but surprisingly charged the cost of gas, which should have been borne by them as the fault in compressor didnt occur due to mishandling and gas loss is sequential to compressor change
i shifted to lucknow after my superannuation from service in july. the gas again leaked on 24 12 09. Swastik cust care replaced it for Rs 1430
i went for 4 years AMC vide application 1233891 dt 14.1.10 .
the cooling system stopped working on 9.5.10 and complaint was lodged (comp no 814290) technician visited the residence and informed that compressor again need replacement. thr condensed water accumulaters in lower tray and causes bad smell. it does not get evaporated. the system in too noisy.
i am frustrated from performance of this refrigerator. it is a defective piece and warrants free replacement .the stuff stored gets damaghed and noise causes panic. we r not able to converse in its vicinity
such complain was lodged earliar also but of no avail
pl get it replaced SO AS TO SETTLE THE DISPUTE WITHOUT GOING TO COMSUMER FORUM
