Fridge complaint

I have a double door godrej fridge and i have logged a complaint no 403549, dated on 19th may. Its been more that 20 days but none of the engineer has visited my place. This is not the first time i am facing the services issues with Godrej India. Being one of the brand in India, i am very disappointed with the services. My fridge is already replaced within one month from Date of Purchase. I am fail to understand what is the TAT time for complaint and i am looking for the Prompt responce againt my complaint
