I have bought a new stabilizer from Godrej Company for my Godrej Refrigerator on 18th December as the old one broke down while shifting. When I complained to Godrej customer care as my Refrigerator is under AMC up to October. They send their technician and he installed a new stabilizer for which we paid Rs. - apprx. and he told us while installing this new stabilizer that it is under warranty for 1year and in between if you will face any problem with this stabilizer, you can complaint to the company, and they will replace it. Although it has been mentioned on their warranty card also that they will repair or replace it. Now it is just 6 months is going to be complete and the stabilizer started giving problem and showing low voltage and stop giving power to fridge and due to this our fridge is off most of the time in a day. I complained on 1st June regarding this problem and they had given me a complaint call no. 180688. And next day their technician called me on phone and asked me to take this stabilizer along with him for repair and after repair they will install it again. But he didn't visit our home. And I said no I want it should be replaced as it is not working completely or if you are taking this then until you give this back to me, please arrange some alternate stabilizer during that period and when you bring it back you can take that alternate one with you. He replied Ok I will talk to my senior and revert back to you. After 2 days there was no reply from Godrej or from technician and on 5th June I called Godrej customer care to check about it, they replied, that this call has been closed. I asked them, how it can be closed without attended my complaint. They replied, we have no idea as it was done by the end of service department of Godrej Company, whose phone number is 45613068. And for the detail you call at service centre and ask them. But that day was Sunday and the service centre was closed, so I requested them please make my complaint attended immediately, then they noted my complaint again and given me new complaint no. 182977. And on Monday the technician called me again without visiting my home to attend the complaint and told me the same thing as before about repair of the stabilizer. Again I also told them to replace it as it is not working completely, then he told me the same answer that he will check with the superior and revert me back, but he didn't. Then today morning I called the technician on his number from which he called on my phone that is 9212471523. He said he cannot replace it and for repair also he cannot provide me the alternate stabilizer for the period, and if you need any clarification please contact at their service center. When I called there, they replied as there is no electricity supply at that time, they cannot check about my complaint, so please call after 1 hour. I want to inform you, that I am in the office, how I can call again and again for my personal things. My job will become in risk if my management came to knows that I am doing my personal work during office hours. Please I am requesting you, kindly do something to attend my call by Godrej Company and make replace my Stabilizer. Why should I make it repair, as it is a newly purchased and it is totally not working, I had paid for this and still I am not able to use it properly as it is not working.
