I bought one double door Refrigerator of Samsung brand, cost is-Rs20990/- from Great Eastern Electronics, Baguiati on 19/02. The shop was set up on that day. It was offered that Microwave Oven of Rs2900/- would be provided on purchase of Refrigerator, published on Anandabazar Patrika dated 19/02. Around 100 no. of Refrigerator was sold on that day from that particular branch. But after buying Refrigerator, they told all of us that it was not possible for them to provide Microwave Oven with purchase of Refrigerator. So I request Jaago Grahak Jaago authority to take necessary step against them and inform me the decision at their earliest. Scan copy of cash-memo is attached with this complaint.
