I bought a washing machine (IFB, Elena Vx, 6kg) from great eastern, baguiati branch on 22-3, people from great eastern assured me that they will get the machine installed on 23-3 as i needed to use the machine urgently and because of there assurances i bought the machine by paying full amount in cash. It has been six days since i bought it and despite my repeated requests they are not installing the machine, its malpractise and cheating on the the part of great eastern people and they must be punished for that.
