This is to inform you that I, Sunil Kumar Chopra have bought Samsung Mobile Phone 6 months back and the phone is still in warranty period. I am facing some issues in the phone as stated below.
1> The battery charging signal is automatically working even if I do not connect the same to the charger. I have been facing this from last 1 week.
2> Despite the fact that I keep charging my mobile as and when required, still the battery back up has gone down and the mobile phone gets switched off while talking, even if the battery signal shows it as charged.

The Service centre people has informed me that the phone was already tempered before I had buyed the same and they have refused to take any action on the same. Whereas the fact remains is that I have purchased this set just 6 months before and it has been working very well till the last week.
