Haier 180ltr Refrigerator not working
Refridgerator dead from the date it's purchased

Hi,

I purchased Haier 180ltr Refrigerator [HRD.205 CM DGCB BSO 3 C 2 E8400P1B490465] 15/04, from Mahavir Agency, Shirur.

It is not working from the day I purchased, so many times I called Mahavir agency & lodged complaint. Every day their representative says that, they will get back or if its urgent then call to Haier company directly.

When I called Haier company service department, they are also saying same thing, Our service engineer will get in touch with you in 24 hours, its been now complete 5 days, but I did not get any positive response from Haier company. Following are the the bill details, which I purchased from Mahavir Agency, Shirur.

Hope, I'll get some positive response from the company after complaining on this forum.
