I (Sardendu, M: 91-9717053555) have complained to Haier India for my LCD TV two months ago, a engineer (from 'United HomeCare') had come to my house (Udyog Vihar, sector 82, Noida) and after inspection suggest me that the problems is in TV's Board and said that I have to replace the Board with newer one.
Till now, Haier India has not replaced the Board;
Today (18 July) I received a call from Haier service center (0120-6577103)... a person (Sachin Mo: 9212092523) is saying that I (Haier) can't replace your TV's Board due to unavailability of Board. Also, saying that you have to repair the Board. For this you have to pay around Rs. 4, 000/- and this would be without any warranty.
I think 4, 000/- is too much price!
So, I am asking to Haier India - In future, should I not purchase any product which is labeled by Haier?
