I have purchased HAIER Refrigerator in Oct. In last month I faced the problem of cooling in top portion. It is
BMR series refrigerator.
The company service technician visited & told that there is problem in defrosting timer and changed the timer. He
charged Rs 1100 including service charges.
But after just one day same problem reappeared. I have called the technician twice & he told me that I have to send
the refrigerator on my own expenses to the service station as they want to observe it for 2 days.
I could not understand why after changing new timer they still require the refrigerator at their service station & that to
on my cost.
Kindly take up the matter with Haier India at the earliest.
