Sub: fault in my new cell phone

Sir/Madam,

I have purchased a HAIER mobile handset Model No. C301R dated 12-08 from Mahaveer stores one of Haier cell phone authriosed dealer in sion GTB nagar area where I stay. After day or so I notice whenever I use to talk from my Haier cell phone it use to get heated I though there might be a problem in my phone. I rush to the dealer (Mahaveer Stores) from were i have purchased the Cell phone. They told me that you have to get your phone checked from the Haier Service Center as we are unable to help you.

As directed by the dealer i visited to service center of Haier "ANISH CELL CARE" at 7/5 Kahndke Building, RK Vaidya Road, Dadar (West) Mumbai – 400028 on 21/08. I told them about my cell phone problem they ask me to wait as we need to examine the phone. After 25-30 minutes they found some problem in cell phone battery and told me to surrender the faulty battery and will change it into new one within 10 days time as my phone is in warranty. After 10 days I called them 3 to 4 times for cell phone status. The answer was always same we need three to four days more. Its almost 1 month I have still not got my phone battery back. This is really frustrating for me.

Please help me in this matter and suggest me the best option how can get my phone battery back with a good condition and teach them a good lesson.
