I have a Haier Refrigerator. On Saturday (16/04) a problem occurs, so I called the customer service and filed a complain.

So a tech. person visited my place on Sunday replaced my freezer and compressor. Refrigerator was up and running and they charged me Rs.2000.
But things getting started worst on Tuesday, when suddenly Refrigerator stop working. So I called your number again and file another complain.

Now here is the problem, today is the third day and Refrigerator is still not working. On Tuesday a tech. person visited and checks the Refrigerator. He said compressor needs to be changed again. He gave me number to talk to in order to get it done.
The number was of Rajeev (8800690742). He promised me that he will visit in the eve, but he did not turned up. Than I spoke to a Supervisor named Vipin Mehta (8800690766), he also promised me that he will send some one next day (Wednesday), but no one turned up. Now today I spoke to Rajeev again, he promised me that my Refrigerator will be up and running today, but did not happen.
Now this is heights of poor customer service. I would really want some one form the management looks into this matter.
