We are one of the customer of Bharat gas through their agency M/s. Harikrishna Enterprises, ITI Layout, Bangalore.
Recently, we have been informed by the above agency that only through, for refilling of Gas cylinders, can be made only by mode of SMS by regiserering ourself to the given number. We feel that it is causing a lot of inconvience to the people who does not a mobile. Further, Refilling cannot be now made through Phone or by personal visit to the agency. In such a case, it will create an immense problem to the common man.
I am hereby requesting you to those responsible people to do the needful mode of booking for refiling of gas cylinders for the COMMON PEOPLE.
Here, customers are treated as servants rather than thinking them as kings of market.
