Non compliance with the repair and cheated the customer by not doing the repair and charged the money without completing the jo

Dear Manager,

1. Please refer :-

(a) Invoice No. 3360 dated 06 Sep 2011.

(b) Reference No. 352925026279150

2. It is intimated that my mobile model E-71 was handed over to your nokia care service entre at Anna Nagar on 02 Sep 2011 for the following servicing:-

(a) 3 G is not working

(b) Internet connection is not working

(c) Headphone is having a loose connection needs servicing.

(d) Schedule is showing some system error.

3. I was told that the software needs updation and i have been asked to leave the mobile for carrying out the above maintenance activities. It was also told that it would take Rs.336/- for the upgradation of software.

4. In between i have received a call from your department on 03th sep 2011 that it would cost Rs.2500/- for doing all the activities. I also said that, if everything works fine then i am ready to pay the amount and asked them to go ahead with the service.

5. On 06th i've got a call that the mobile is ready for collection and the cost of repair is Rs.780/-. I 've asked them that all the problems are solved, and they have confirmed that all the problems are resolved and ready for collection.

6. On 06th evening i've travelled for 1.30 hrs and reached the servicing centre. I've tried to operate i front of them, and i was told that it will work at home and here signals are weak. So i've paid the cash vide above invoice and left for home. However to my surprise the follwing points were noticed during the travel way back home and i've immediately contacted the service centre and they said that if it doesn't work at home they can be contacted again:-

(a) Nothing has been done, The mobile was returned back in the same condition.

(b) If the software has been updtaed, all the information could have been formated, but all the information in my mobile remains the same.

(c) 3 G was not working.

(d) Internet was not working even after checking the configurations.

(e) Servicing of Headphone was not carrried out.

7. It is showing the poor quality of workmanship and Management by your firm. It is requested that, i have to be given proper explanation as to why this actions were not carried out and still a payment of Rs.780/- was charged from me? Thirdly, i have to be given an assurance that the mobile will be collected at my place of work and redo the whole activities as mentioned above. Otherwise I may have to approach the Consumer court for such a harassment to an official of gazetted status and erly settlement of the issue concerned.

8. An early action is requested please.
