Air conditioner not work properly and dosn't given colling

We bought new onida window ac model No. wa18h sr.no. wa180408017256 with amardeep vision ahmedabad - 380022 ph.25357260 with bill no.7269 dated 23.4.2009 and we have to complaint that our above ac not work properly till purchasing and we are also tired to complaint again n again. just complaint no.10041436383208 but no response by company.

so please we request that change our whole unit ac otherwise return our payment.
