Air Conditioner not work as its purpose

We bought new onida window ac model No. wa18h sr.no. wa180408017256 with amardeep vision ahmedabad - 380022 ph.25357260 with bill no.7269 dated 23.4.2009 and we have to complaint that very very poor response and we are still waiting for technician... so poor service after sales.
