MANUFACTURING DEFECT IN PRODUCT

I HAVE BOUGHT THE PURE IT WATER PURIFIER FROM BIG BAZAAR, THE GRAET INDIA PLACE, NOIDA, UTTAR PRADESH ON 15th JULY. ON 16th OF JULY WHEN I FILLED THE WATER IN IT I FOUND IT WAS LEAKING THEN LODGED THE COMPLAINT IN THE PURE IT CUSTOMER CARE ON 18th JULY AND TILL DATE I AM FREQUENTLY CALLING THE CUSTOMER CARE BUT I AM NOT GETTING ANY PROPER RESPONSE FROM THE CUSTOMER CARE NEITHER THEY ARE SENDNG ANY EXECUTIVE TO SEE WHAT THE ACTUAL PROBLEM IS NOR THEY ARE REPLACING THE DEFECTED PRODUCT IN WHICH THERE IS MANUFACTURING DEFECT.
