I have purchased pure it 2 months ago. The day i purchased the product i was started having issues of low filtration.
After 2 month it stopped filtering the water. I checked their germ kit indicator even it was showing fine (Most of the part was white).
So i registered complaint on 30th june. Till now I m not getting any service from them.
I m calling the customer care every day but getting the same reply "We will sort out the complaint by today itself"
I have spoken with n number of executive and their supervisors (including Rohit, Ashwin, Amar).
It is really frustrating watching their add of claiming the safety challenge. How you people claim such thing if your product is not getting service for more than 12 days?
I m spending more than 50 bucks each day so till now by far i have spent more than 700 INR buying miniral water. This is how you claim your safety challenge "By asking your customer to spend money buying miniral water."
I have all the recording of your customer care executive promises.
I shall expect strict action by today itself or else i will sue you people.
There were lot of complaint numbers but this is the latest.

They asked me to pay 50 rupees for their service. I m willing to pay 100 but atleast they should send some technician to fix it.
