I HAD ASKED FOR WINDOW AC REPAIRING AND SERVICING ON 2ND MAY AND TODAY IS 18 MAY. THE SERVICE MAN ATTENDED THE COMPLAINT ON 2ND MAY AND BROUGHT TO MY KNOWLEDGE FOR CHANGING PCB AND DISPLAY PANEL. I FOWLLOWED HIS ADVICE AND ASKED HIM TO PUT NEW PARTS. HE TOOK ALONG THE OLD PCB AND DISPLAY PANEL. AFTER REPEATEDLY GETTING THE REPLY FROM THE DEALER THAT THE PART IS NOT AVAILABLE I CONTACTED THE COMPANY'S TOLL FREE NUMBER AND TALKED TO MANY REPRESENTATIVES.
BUT THE AMAZING THING IS SUCH A COMPANY OF HIGH REPUTE IS NOT ABLE TO MAKE AVAILABLE A PART OF THEIR OWN PRODUCT SINCE LAST 16 DAYS.
SO GUYS BE CAREFUL WHEN U BUY A HITACHI PRODUCT NEXT TIME
