I registered a call on 20.03.2010 to HLL Pureit Call Centre 18601801000 for replacement of Battery Kit and my order details received through SMS as S10/PTN2030-003780 and they assured that their executive will visit at my within 72 hrs but yet i have not recieved till 24.03.2010 .I have also contact to sales executive of of Pureit Mr. Santosh Kumar at Patna but they also told me today i will come at your home and replaced them but didn't replaced.

While selling the product, they run behind the customer, later for service, customer has to run/spend/waste time for complaints as they wont give a proper service.
