Didn't get usb connectivity software cd

I bought a fuzezone dual sim phone (Model no. ASE 18) from Home Shop18.They didn't provide USB connectivity software cd. Without that the phone is unable to connect to my pc. Also only 1 sim functions on it and the other doesnot respond. Kindly tell me some solution.
