I had purchased one 42” LG LED 42 SL TV on 8th March. Till date I have not received the Invoice No.& Warrantee / Guarantee card duly stamped & signed by you despite of regular reminders.
Please help me out with this. Is this the type of customer service Home Town provides to its customers. If I do not get proper replies / help or my work isnt done by Home Town, I will have to seek help from Consumer Court.
