Dear Sir,

I have purchased a Voltz Home UPS with Battery of Model No. IN800QS and of Serial No.: BB0722001960 from Godrej & Boyce Mfg.Co. Ltd., Appliances Division, Kolkata. That UPS was installed at my home by your Service Centre on 19.11.08.

The UPS has developed a fault on 14.05.10 and I have reported that fault to your Call Centre on 15.05.10. My Service call no. is 263839 dated 15.05.10.

The UPS have failed to operate under load and showing fault indication. It appears that the UPS have failed to charge the Battery or the Battery has been completely discharged.

The UPS and the Battery is under the Guarantee Period (18 months from the date of installation).

Please free repair or replace the UPS and / or Battery immediately.
