I xyz... comlaining for Hotsport mobile a spice Retail Pvt. Ltd. they are selling 2nd hand mobile phones from their counter by refresh old mobile. For this act their Seniors & managements are involve, They are forcing store stuff to sale handsets @ high cost from the market. If any hotspot spice store does not having any model and customer need that one they bring the same one from any local mobile shop or if they have any exchange mobile then they sale that one in place of new mobile they are giving 2nd hand mobile to the customer for doing manual bill without Carbon by the approval of their management. Management learn to store stuff how to make foolish to customer! how to do cheeting! how to make illegal money! So customer from next time be carefull from buying any mobile from Hotspot spice Retail Pvt Ltd. Purchase any mobile any where but not from Hotspot spice Retail Pvt Ltd.
After packing old & 2nd hand mobile in the new box they are salling it @ new price.
