Delay in Delivery of gas

Dear Sir,

We are customer of HP Gas. And our Customer No. is 4285.

We are facing problem in delivery of gas. Every time we have to wait for more than 25 days and we have do 6-7 phone calls. I have sent a complaint on HP Gas website before 4 months approx. But still the problem is same. and i have not been contacted by their Customer care centre or by anyone from HP gas side to confirm the problem.

Now we book our gas on 13.12.09 and our waiting no. is 114. today is 01.01.10 and we have done 4-5 phone calls, but still we are waiting for gas. Every time over phone they said OK we will deliver tomorrow, but next day no response.

Kindly tell us the right way to solve this problem.
