Improper response and non delivery

Dear Sir,

I am being Served by Viganharta Gas Agency (Distributer No : 138925) in Koperkhairane. Since last three years below are the issues i am facing this distributer.

1. After booking they don't provide booking no and expected delivery date, and used to say that they don't maintain the same.

2. Most of time they forgots booking and ask for rebooking.

3. They don't work on First come first serve basis i.e. Peoples who booked later than you could get gas before you.

4. After Follow up they Used to Say today/tomorrow but their today and tomorrow comes rarely.

5, Delivery Boy asks for Extra Money if we don't pay them next time you might get gas on your door step however we have paid for delivery.

6. After 10-15 Days of follow up they asks you to come with your gas Cylinder.

As they don't provide any booking details we can't take any legal action against them.

Kindly requesting please look into the matter.
