This is to inform you that i purchased a HP Designjet 5100 Printer on dated 10 Sep 2010 under this the plotter were installed at this date with all the materials by Neer Trade Links (Supplier of Hp) but suddenly on date 20.5.2011 the head of Plotter not working fine so i went to the service center and contact with the Manager but refuse to change he told me that its out of warranty but as communicated to me the plotter is in complete cover under 1 year warranty and now its give me the rejection sheet the case id is ININDARC56001001640.
