Dear Sir,
I had bought a Sony Ericsson mobile phone from QRS Ffor my sister, DR.GEEEETHA SUBHASH and lost the head phone set. I have been sold a a head phone from QRS, TRIVANDRUM, for Rs600/- on 30.8.2010 on assurance that it carried a warranty of 1 year ..Actually i needed only a lesser valued set but the staff at QRS forced me to buy a Sony Ericsson set only on promise that it has a greater value and a warranty. Both these promises failed as it became defective and when I approached QRS, they turned down my request and directed me to your service center at Mettukada, Trivandrum. There also the reception was the same. They were also not ready to give me replacement. I was, thus forced to run from pillar to post for a headset vaued Rs600/-. Now let me remind you that this is a gross deficiency in service and amounts to criminal negligence and unfair trade practice. If you do not replace the set, within 15 days time on receipt of this letter i would be forced to seek legal remedies and Sony Ericsson will be vicariously liable for all actions of your dealer QRS and Accel Front Line services. Al the cost of such proceedings will also have to born by you.

HPM 70 has not been sold seperately, so this head set will not get warranty support

Dear Sir,
Now, i am afraid, you are complicating a simple issue. I have personally visitted your office and QRS office twice. If the head set was not sold separately, how can QRS sell me the head set? Please go through the scanned image i had sent you earlier showing the QRS Bill. Further why dont you people tell me earlier when I had visited your offices without causing inconvenience to me by sending me from pillar to post. If this is the way a reputed World Leader Company, Sony Ericsson, is dealing with customer complaints, it is pity that customers stick to you. Please provide me the e mail address of Sony Ericsson company so that i can directly deal with them. I would also like to remind you that there are other options left for me like Consumer Courts and other legal remedies. Thanking You, Yours faithfully,

People at Sony Ericsson, Are you redefining customer care? Sellig a product with bill from your own leading Dealer and now telling me that YOU are not supposed to sell it? Ridiculous!!
