Sent wrong/fake products

I have purchase 4 pieces of HTC Ozone 3G devices from them through eBay and they shipped wrong product to us. They are not ready to replace the products with the correct one and not ready to refund as well.

i believed that they are doing fraud business in INDIA which is not good for long term business.

i'm totally hopeless with this transaction. please help me out on this concern.
