Dear sir,
This is to bring to your kind notice that i have been a faithful customer of yours products & to my faithfulness i bought a
Hyundai Air conditioner Model-HY_18ECO on 30-03. But i pitty to my decision of buying your product after seeing
your after sales service. Actually i made a complaint on 24-03 for my A/C COMPLAINT NO-GHA2403100440 .It
stops working within a year. On next day your representative came & said gas is leak & gas needs to be fill. Than again another
ur reprentative came for filling gas, he filled the gas& said "I FILLED THE GAS BUT I THINK THERE IS SOME LEAKAGE
IN UR COOLING COIL ASSEMBLY & IF AGAIN UR A/C STOP WORKING THAN THAT ASSEMBLY NEEDS TO
BE CHANGED & WE ARE NOT CLOSING YOUR COMPLAINT ITS UNDER OBSERVATION". Now again, on 07-04
A/C stops working, I again launched a complaint on 10-04 comlaint no-GHA1004100264 .Again ur technician came & he said
gas is leak and that cooling coil assembly is also defective, that has to be changed & for this you have to pay charges, because a/c is
above one year... Here my question is.. why dont they diagnose that assemble defective on their first visit which was on 24-03
when my A/C was under warranty..
I hope you will do best in this matter, i will be highly obiliezed, if you take this matter seriously.
