I have purchased a IFM make Microwave Convection oven from M/s Mayur Enterprises, Chandrapur (Maharashtra State), authorised dealer of M/s IFB in the month of 6th March and it is installed on 8th March by Mr. Willson Joseph, Service Engineer, deputed by M/s Mayur Enterprises.
On 27.7.2011 while operating the Oven, a sparking has occurred alongwith smoke is come out. Very next day I have reported and explained the problems to Mr. Willson over his Mobile only his mobile number was available with me. He has assured to visit next day, but, after passing more than 5 days, he did not fulfilled his commitment. Again I was called on his mobile, but he told me that he is out of station at Nagapur, when I reach Chandrapur I attend your complaint. Again I was called over his Mobile, but his mobile was switched off. Somebody has told me that Mr. Willson was resigned from IFB Company.
On 19.9.2011 I was lodged a complaint through Toll Free Number of M/s IFB, Call attended by Mr. Irfan and he has given to me complaint No.7210348, I.D.No.2541654 dt. 19.9.2011. But, nobody has responded on my complaint till 23.9.2011. Again I reminded through their toll free No. that nobody has responded on my complaint.
My humble request brought to the Applets Authority that somebody was told me that the company’s policy that delaying to attending the complaint till over Appliance Guarantee period. After that they have attending the complaint.
Hence, I request to your kind honour to please look into.
