I had purchased one spy pen camera 32GB capacity worth Rs 2150 (inclusive of delivery charges) based on the advertisement given in the website PENINDIACAMERA.COM .ordered on 09-08 and received on 12-08 in the name of HEALTH BIZZ INDIA -NO 3260/3, first floor, SIRKIWALAN, DELHI-110007 (BOOK NO :6, SL NO :585 DT 09-08) with money back guarantee as published in the website. Now-a -days people started using online for purchasing from distant places within india and abroad .i did the same thing and ordered based on their promise of money back guarantee.
Now after receiving the product it is not working properly and hence Iam trying to contact them but they are cutting down my phone line without speaking to me. I got a doubt and verified the website called inconsumercomplaints.com where in against this particular penindiacamera.com there is a specific complaint logged on 09-08.Unfortunately the date which I ordered.
