I Recently purchased Nokia 2424c mobile phone. To my horror i noticed the its screen lit blank any time it liked. within a week it landed in Nokia Care. It was desected and i was told to pick it in 5 hrs. When I oicked rhe phone irs screen had dirt and finger prins inside. it was required to contact twice to clear the screen. the problem persists. Its screen lits up blank at its will and drains the battery if not noticed. Press any button to reset it. Does nokia has a solution.
