ICICI Bank had despatched one Gift Item to my adress vide Way Bill No. 43632003251 on March 8 but they Courier service in Durapur is saying that it is unelivered and again the Bank Authority had dispatched the same to the ICICI Bank, City Centre, vide No. 12856396512 on June 1. But till date the Bank authority is saying it is still udelivered. Please look into the matter on immediate basis and confirm me over phone No. 09434114730.
