Motor is heating

Dear Sir/Madam

This is kiran kumar. I purchased Prestige Champion Food Processor on 17/08 at Prestige Smart Kitchen, Road No:1, KPHB Colony.

With in One week I faced the problem (If the processor is running more than 2 min the jar locking portion is melting). This complaint already forwarded to the show room where I was purchased. They sent for servicing and they told that we replaced motor. After that we didn't used that 1 month. Now we are facing the same problem again..

Can you plaese consider this and let us know the premenent solution for that.
