We have purchased a vaccum cleaner from EUREKA FORBES in the month of feb FROM AN EXHIBITION HELD IN BANDRA KURLA COMPLEX... having been given an assurity of receving free gifts on the purchase... but we are extremly dissappointed by the services of eureka they have been fooling with the customers by just promising about the free gifts which are never received even after several complaints... we have been the victim of these fake promises... these free gifts include a carpet and bag..carpet was delivered after much persuing but the bag is yet not recieved even after getting an ASSURANCE by MANOJ JINNAH from whom the purchase was done..that we would receive the bag in a few days..but even after several complaints our need was kept at DEAF EARS..We have logged complaints at all the places possible that includes eureka helpline, offices, seniors of eureka, manoj jinnah, website, ETC..but still NO RESPONSE..SO WE WILL JUST SAY BEWARE OF EUREKA AND ITS FALSE PROMISES...
