I bought in May a Whirlpool Microwave. After one month there was some technical snags, but still working in some way. There the first complaint was issued but no reply. In September the electronic touch front panel was not working and send back to dealer. A complaint was immediately send to Whirlpool but after that the service center have simply ignored any complaint and now 3 month later Whirlpool have not picked up the microwave for repair. I must say I will never buy Whirlpool again where I have lost RS 13.000 as I never expect them to take any action on this. The dealer have now taken a good decision where he will not sell any more product from Whirlpool.

If any want to have a good service then buy LG products.
