We purchased a IFB 20PG3S (microwave) on 23/01. All of a sudden the appliance stopped working. We complained on 09th July (complaint # 6705831). After 2 days technician visited us and informed us that a part needs to be changed. From that day on-wards we are following up with IFB's different offices and persons without any result. We may have made 100s of called but no response or we are told that the person will reach you tommorrow, .The tommorrow never came. IFB seems to be having the worst customer service. We appriciate if someone can help us on thsi issue
