IFB customer service in Bangalore (South Area - Jayanagar/J P nagar) is PATHETIC.
I raised a complaint ticket on 26th March & as on date (12th April) my issue is still unresolved. It appears the service franchise is least bothered on resolving this issue & also looks like IFB India-Bangalore cares a damn on what's happening!!!
Amazing brand with POOREST OR POOR service.
God alone knows how we are managing for 3 weeks now without our washing machine working... hope some one from IFB sees this complaint & does something to solve our issue.
