Lodged a complaint on 22nd April. Whenever we call call centre, they will ask dozen questions and will say that they will escalate the matter to the higher authorities. The local service centre 30288510, 30288511, 30288512 will not pick the telephone. It will be continuously ringing. The call centre will ask us to contact the local dealer who are attending the services viz. Classic Enterprises. They will say some excuses for not attending the call. If we call IFB offices, they will put some recorded music and you will be wasting the call. For the past 12 days I would have wasted minimum 50 calls in chasing them.
