I had made the firsty complaint on the 14th of Jan. 2 people visited the site and no action was taken. Finally 1 technician came on 4th Feb and took the part above. It was fixed again on the 5thFeb and the compliant still persist. despite of reminders to IFB complaint cell and the service centre no action has been taken till date. The machine is under AMC. When giving AMC they make tall promises and in reallity the service is Pathetic. The complaint are not rectified in a month's time.
