I registered my complaint no. 5228466 on 5.10.2010 on the Helpline. Since then I have been calling the helpline, the service office and the technician repeatedly. On 9.10.2010 the technician came for the first time. He is rude and uncooperative. My washing-machine is still out of order as he can't find time to get the part that needs to be changed from the office.
It is a horrible experience as I have just returned from a holiday and there are literally piles of dirty clothes.
Is there a way of making these multinationals keep to their promise? I was told that he complaints are addressed in 24 hours.
