I have give a complaint to IFB on 9th May regarding my Washing Machine is not working due to some internal problem, I have called the customer service and updated them on 11th .one person come to my house and told that he is from IFB and he wanted to check the washing machine. After 10 mints he came and asked me do you have warranty. I said yes. He told that he will come back in another 30 minutes and he never came back. None of your guys turn back I keep on call your customer severe and more then 4 times the response is not up to the mark
I am really very very disappointed about the poor service.
