Complaints lodged vide complaint No.3984458 on 07-01 apart from contacting on telephone several times. again complaint was lodged on 09-01 vide e-mail.
Service centre called upon 11-01 and informed that no one was available in the house, which is a standard lie/bluff by service centres to cover up their delays in attending to complaints. The customer care centre was categorically informed that there is always some one in the house and the status of no one was in the house is a lie.
The machine has been creating abnormal noices while in dryer stage and three bolts have come out of the bottom of the machine which appears that the motor housing has become loose.
Please attend to the machine as we are unable to use the machine for the last five days
