IFB Microwave oven
No service available... forget proper sevice

I live in Rajajinagar, Bangalore and I bought an IFB Microwave 10 days back.. i called up the technician to install it and fixed up a time 5 times for the same, but every time he failed to turn up... I have wasted a lot of time on this and am frustrated about this I now am at the mercy of these technicians. i d'ont know when the machine will be installed, if at all and do not know how to contact the people who make the ovens. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND EVERY BODY NOT TO BUY IFB PRODUCTS.

I do not know i if have any other options other than waiting or writing complaints in the forum
