Asking for Payment for Repairs under Warranty

I have been compalining to the company and the stores (Vijay Sales) for the last 2 weeks. The company person came twice to my place to report that the turntable (glass) broke due to faulty thermostat. this complaint has not been reported to their managers. when asked about the repairs, they ask us to pay for the glass. we are still under warranty and the company refuses to budge. I need to lodge a complaint in consumer forum. someone please advise me how to go about it. my email is maruma@rediffmail.com
