IFB / Senator 6 Kg Washing Machine
Motor now working again, three times in three years

I bought IFB thinking it was a good brand and produced high quality products. But I was mistaken.

In last three years, have had to change the motor twice and today it has again broken down third time. Every time it breaks I end up coughing around 5000 rs.

So, I have almost spent the money for which I could have bought a new one. The new motors that IFB service provider (Delta Services) has put in, interestingly does not have any markings on it of the machine rating etc and no company name.

Wondering if these guys are putting in sub standard machines. Hope this CEO actually has some brains and checks this out instead of sitting on his fat ass salary and sinking the brand.
