Believe it or not! My IFB washing machine is under AMC; it stopped working from October and from the time I started sending so many complaint calls, e-mails and letters to all the authorities of IFB that I could find in the internet. But, till now, no use. Although educated, they not even have the courtesy to give an appropriate response to their customers. Now, I have decided to face them legally.
