The IFB Washing M/c. Model Digital 5.5 Kg, is not even 6 months old, loud noise due to top balancing weight worn-out. Complaint was lodged on 7-9 complaint Reg.no.7107971, Customer ID 2627738,
Technician attended and identified the problem, told the top balancing weight is out of stock and will replace it as soon as the consignment is received. Since last 22 days the problem is not been rectified even after frequent follow-ups. Kindly re-place the m/c only with a new m/c.
On my enquiry with most of the IFB washing m/c. users, it seems the top balancing weight wearing-out problem is very common in IFB m/c. and the company is working on an altranative design.
