I have a gas connection with double cylinder with Surya gas agency, Pachalam, Kochi Agency code number 118419 .My consumer number is 930706 . I have booked for a cylinder on 10/12 (register number is 2767) and I have not received it till date, inspite of several reminders. The agency is not even lifting their phone. My second cylinder is now getting almost emptied. Please help me. Urgent
