Not providing new gas connections

Sir,

I applied for a new gas connection in the name of Charles Sebastian at Sri Revathi Gas Agency in Medavakkam on 16th May. Still now I am unable to get the new connection.

I am calling them every month and they are also saying the same answer as next month will be provided.

Last month I asked the reason for the delay. They said that, due to the issuance of free gas connection announced by Tamil Nadu government, we are stopped the new connection and will be provided in the next month.

so last week I called them and saying that IOC is not giving them order for new connections.

is it true? Can you please look into this ASAP.
